Clients on Line
This facility was introduced to enable our clients to have a "view only" facility to their case. Essentially our clients are able to log in, using a series of passwords, and gain access to their own case. They can view every document which has been created and can even open the accounts section to see where they are up to in terms of work done, and cost to date. Solicitors are therefore very conscious of the fact that their clients can be reviewing their case 24 hours a day / 365 days of the year. This ensures that quality is maintained.

Case management systems generally
Ralli has been operating a case management system since 1993, long before many firms had even considered using such systems. Several leading Manchester firms have been to Ralli to view our system in action. They were suitably impressed. A case management system is a piece of software which enables solicitors to control the advancement of a matter on behalf the client. It generally contains Word documents, PDF documents, photographs and anything which is of a documentary matter and is relevant to the case. It acts as a diary, containing a sophisticated reminder system, which is activated each time the case management system is opened.
We decided over five years ago to offer this facility to our clients with the introduction of our Clients on Line facility
