All lawyers must be good time managers with a keen eye for detail, married with commercial acumen and common sense. Good communication skills, tact and discretion, are the hallmarks of all good lawyers. This is what our Clients expect.

We also require a keen sense of professionalism and confidentiality from all of our solicitors.

Computer literacy is a pre-requisite within the modern world.  All applicants therefore will have reasonable keyboard skills, familiarity with the more common pieces of software, and will have experience in the use of case management systems.

Barristers

In an ever changing legal environment, Ralli welcomes applicants from the Bar who may be interested in pursuing a career in a firm such as ours.  It is by no means uncommon these days for members of the Bar to join solicitors' practices.  Indeed, in all probability, it will be a more common thing as the two professions grow closer during this ever-changing period of metamorphosis.
