Senior Partnership Lawyer

Our specialist Partnership Law division – Ralli Partnership Law – has seen a significant increase in business as a consequence of which an opportunity has arisen for a lawyer of 7 years PQE.

Applications are sought from candidates who have had relevant experience in the following fields of practice:-

• Partnership (including LLP) formations and litigation
• Company formations and litigation
• Equality Act
• Joint ventures
• Partnership, corporate and individual insolvency
• Regulatory and SDT

The successful applicant will be highly motivated, self driven, have an aptitude for team building, team management, business development, professional networking and business presentations and will feel comfortable dealing with both contentious and non contentious business.

This is an extraordinary opportunity for an ambitious lawyer with a network of introducers and a client following who wishes to benefit from working with and adding value to an already dynamic team of highly motivated and enthusiastic professionals.
