Each person is assessed and rewarded individually, dependent upon their contribution to the practice. Such personal advancement is assessed in many different ways. It could be, for example, a reflection of the level of responsibility they have assumed, or their contribution to the success of a particular team.

We encourage all members of Ralli to continually question how they can be adding to the strength of the business. Our theory is, that if we each question our efforts and contribution, we all collectively benefit.

The fact that many members of staff have stayed with us for periods in excess of 10 years speaks for itself.
