Ralli > Recruitment

Ralli is an ambitious and changing law firm. Our size helps generate a sense of belonging and loyalty to all who work within our organisation.

We are committed to growth within a rapidly changing legal landscape and believe that measured growth will maintain our success and provide security to all within the practice.

Our ethos is to attract and retain the best people to work within the firm. Only in this way, can our practice excel in providing a professional and flexible approach to our clients’ legal problems.

We have a promotion system which provides for rapid advancement.

Each person is assessed and rewarded individually, dependent upon their contribution to the practice. Such personal advancement is assessed in many different ways. It could be, for example, a reflection of the level of responsibility they have assumed, or their contribution to the success of a particular team.

We encourage all members of Ralli to continually question how they can be adding to the strength of the business. Our theory is, that if we each question our efforts and contribution, we all collectively benefit.

The fact that many members of staff have stayed with us for periods in excess of 10 years speaks for itself.
