Welcome to the Ralli recruitment section of our web site.
Ralli is an ambitious and changing law firm which positions itself as a medium-sized City Centre practice. This means that our size helps generate a sense of belonging and loyalty to all who work within our organisation. We presently have 110 people working within the practice.
Our location at Ralli Courts is tranquil with a riverside theme. Yet, we are only 1 minutes walk from the new Manchester Civil Justice Centre and 4 minutes walk from Kendals!
We are committed to growth within a rapidly changing legal landscape. We believe that measured growth will maintain our success and provide security to all within the practice. We intend to retain and attract the best people to work within the firm. Only in that way, can our practice excel in providing a professional and flexible approach to our clients' legal problems.
We have a promotion system which provides for rapid advancement. There are several examples of support services staff who have gained legal qualifications, and solicitors, who within a relatively short period of time, have advanced to partnership status.
Each person is assessed and rewarded individually, dependent upon their contribution to the net worth of the business. Such personal advancement is assessed in many different ways. It could be, for example, a reflection of the level of responsibility they have assumed, or their contribution to the success of a particular team. Advancement within Ralli is not just measured by paid bills or recorded time. We look at the whole package.
We encourage all members of Ralli to continually question how they can be adding to the strength of the business. Our theory is, that if we each question our efforts and contribution, we all collectively benefit.
The fact that many members of staff have stayed with us for periods in excess of 10 years speaks for itself.
