Once again, Ralli has joined forces with a leading Barristers’ Chambers to present their mock employment tribunal presided over by a real employment Judge.
Taking place on Wednesday 27th November at the lovely MacDonald Townhouse Hotel on Portland Street in the City Centre, we invite you to join us there for FREE breakfast rolls and beverages at around 8am, leading to the proceedings of what happens in a real life tribunal, then concluding with networking at 12:30pm.
The scenario for the tribunal is a sexual discrimination case after an office Christmas party takes place in the office and the drunkenness of staff leads to use of the photocopier and it then being broken. A female is dismissed and appeals against her employer. It features statements from witnessing staff and the HR manager, and leads you through what takes place and what to do.
If you want to be part of the audience, contact Chris Oatway firstname.lastname@example.org 0161 615 0731 to a place for you and you colleagues. Places are strictly first come, first served and numbers are limited.
This event is ideal for anyone who works in HR or is facing an employment tribunal.
