Disciplinary Tribunals

We have successfully represented many lay and professional clients who have appeared before various professional bodies.

These cases have included complaints before the disciplinary arms of The Law Society, The Pharmaceutical Society, The Independant Police Complaints Commision, The British Dental Association and The RAC.

We have also assisted professional footballers who became involved in police enquiries. Such cases also required liaison with the FA and PFA.

We understand the particular difficulties faced by doctors, dentists, opticians, solicitors, barristers, bankers and many other professionals where a rather different approach may be necessary from that of a  more common criminal case.
