LLP's and Solicitors

Within the last two years or so many solicitors practices have chosen to convert to Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP's). Indeed this seems to be the current trend.

We have advised solicitors practices on this restructuring process, and have been instrumental in the establishment of new practices in the new LLP format, as well as advising on the conversion to LLP status.
