What do I do at work?
I specialise in all types of personal injury claims, including claims for clients who have had accidents at work, tripped or slipped in a public place, been involved in a road traffic accident or been assaulted.
What have I done?
During the last 12 years I have pursued personal injury claims I have obtained many thousands of pounds on my clients' behalf. I have won cases against Local Authorities, Limited companies, private individuals, National Health Trusts and many more.
I have been successful if recovering compensation for a number of clients who have been told by former solicitors that their case has little prospects. Examples of these are a child injured when he slipped whilst paint-balling, a lady injured when a dog ran into her, a lady knocked over at a bingo hall by the bingo caller, and a man injured at work.
What do I like?
I thoroughly enjoy my work ensuring my clients get adequate compensation for their injuries.
When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family. I have a young son who was born in April 2008. I enjoy teaching him to swim and taking him to the zoo. I enjoy kayaking although I have less time for it since the birth of my son. I am hoping to introduce him to the sport when he is a little older. I am a qualified Advanced Open Water Scuba Diver who has braved UK waters in December time. In the past I have enjoyed raising money for Aspire (spinal Injury Charity) by completing their sponsored Channel swim (in my local pool over 12 weeks – I am not quite brave enough for the real thing). I have also completed stage 1 of the British Sign language course.
