What do I do at work?

Well, my day begins when I let the milkman in, very early indeed!!!  8 pints of whole, 7 skimmed (for the size zeros) and 4 semi skimmed. I then take delivery of all the quality newspapers and my day begins. I answer and deliver all incoming calls, and care for each client and visitor who calls into the main reception.  I also coordinate all the meeting areas and boardrooms in preparation for client and solicitor meetings.  More recently I appeared in the Manchester Evening News telling people about a Receptionists role and responsibilties.  You can read the full article by clicking here.

What have I done?

Apart from work here?   I worked for another law firm for 10 years before I joined Ralli.   This is my 10th year here, but I think I'll stay a while longer!!  

What do I like?

I love talking to people – which is as well really, for the head receptionist!   I go to the gym regularly, (I talk there too) I also listen to music (sometimes I talk then too) I enjoy the cinema (try not to talk too much there though!)   I'm a chatty person and just made for my job!
