What do I do at work?

I monitor our solicitors' performance ensuring the accuracy of cases and deal with discrepancies that occur, whilst liaising with team leaders and managers on any findings.

I produce reports and track detailed information whilst reporting to managers on an ad hoc basis.

I assist managers when interviewing their team members on their performance and monitor their performance on an ongoing basis.

I monitor & maintain a wide variety of spreadsheets to ensure work is not overlooked and standards are maintained.

Recently, I have taken on the role of Project Manager for the re-branding of the name of the firm.

What have I done?

I initially worked in the insurance industry then swapped hats for claimant work and along the way worked for an investigation company.  I am an active member of the Parents & Teachers Association at my daughter's primary school.

What do I like?

I love to entertain and have parties, walking, travelling, good food, humour and enjoy good company.
