What do I do at work?

Undertake general commercial property work, including:-

-  negotiation of sale and purchase contracts of development land conditional on planning permission
-  option agreements
-  planning and infrastructure agreements on behalf of residential developer clients
-  negotiation of commercial leases of office and industrial premises
-  purchase and sale of investment property

I enjoy working closely with my clients on a day to day basis tailoring my service to their individual requirements. I view development work in particular as a creative process and take enormous satisfaction in helping clients to achieve their objectives throughout the life of a project from initial site inspection (wellingtons a must), contract/ Heads of Terms negotiations, funding, legal completion, construction and eventual sale/lease.

What have I done?

Awarded The John Mackrell Prize in respect of The Law Society Final Examinations.
Have acted for major house building consortia in multi million pound site acquisitions nationwide, involving negotiation of pre and post tender Collaboration Agreements, partition transfers and all ancillary development matters.     I acted for a well known men's fashion designer in their acquisition of London prestigious retail premises.   

What do I like?

Sport; playing golf and (now) watching football.
