What do I do at work?
I am Ralli's Money Laundering and Compliance Officer.
My role is to look at certain processes and define ways in which improvements can be made. With my proactive and determined approach and using my knowledge together with my passion for what I do, I want to help build on the structure that is already in place. I have the ability to make changes where necessary or are beneficial. I encourage continuous improvement within the office and strive to meet the needs and aspirations of clients, new and old to ensure high standards are maintained and service levels are met. I hope in the long run to make your lives a little bit easier!
What have I done?
For over 18 years specialised in Property work and decided to have a change and have now been involved in compliance for a total of 4 years.
What do I like?
Good company, Barcelona, Wine, tapas and anything that makes me smile!
