Legal Staff
At Ralli we take particular care of who is hand picked into each Department. All our staff are required to be able to see the world from our client's viewpoint. We adopt a professional and assertive approach to our client's predicament, whilst excercising guile when dealing with their opponents.

Professional Qualifications:
LLB Hons, Bar Vocational Course and Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test.
I decided very early on in my career to specialise in personal injury work and now have over ten years experience in almost every type of personal injury litigation, up to and including cases of the utmost severity. Whatever the value of the claim I understand how intimidating litigation can be and my primary objective is to conclude matters with the minimum amount of fuss, for the maximum amount of damages.
My present case load covers a broad range of personal injury claims, including accidents at work, occupier's liability, public liability/highway tripping claims and higher value road traffic accidents. I also have experience pursuing Criminal Injury Compensation Authority applications, fatal accident/dependency claims, along with claims against the Motor Insurance Bureau (both untraced and uninsured).
What have I done?
I originally intended to practice as a Barrister, having thoroughly enjoyed participating in both public speaking and mooting competitions, up to National level, throughout the academic stage of my career.
I was accordingly called to the Bar in 1999 however I soon realised that my primary interest was the client themselves, and particularly when that client had suffered physical or psychological injury as a result of an accident. I also wanted to be involved in litigation right from the outset, in order that I could manage and direct each step of proceedings.
I accordingly began work with a long established central Manchester practice, eventually taking over conduct of all personal injury work for the firm. I enjoyed an extremely wide variety of work and as the sole personal injury practitioner, dealt with higher value complex cases right from the outset of my career.
I genuinely love my job and feel very privileged to be given the opportunity to help people in what is always, no matter what the extent of the injury, a difficult time.
I moved to Ralli in February 2010 to work within a team and with people who are recognised as leaders in my field.
What do I like?
I would be termed an "enthusiastic" as opposed to a talented baker but love cooking and entertaining of any sort.
Related to the above I have recently taken up running…
