What do I do at work?

I have, in my opinion, a very sociable and enjoyable job.  I liaise with potential new clients, taking details of their personal injury claims. At times this can be quite emotional, given the nature of some of the very serious injuries we deal with. Once I have spoken with the clients and put them at their ease, I prepare papers in relation to their cases and pass them through to the personal injury solicitors.   My job does require a certain sense of sympathy, and I feel I meet the required high standard demanded of this firm, and our clients.

What have I done?

Prior to joining Ralli I worked for a smaller law firm in Oldham and before that, I had various jobs, all working with people – I am very much a people person!

What do I like?

I enjoy going to the gym with my friend, I love cooking and entertaining and have been watching rugby league for many years. Both my sons play and my husband coaches – they have all played at good levels.  I recently did the Race for Life with our marketing manager (also my closest friend!!) – 35 minutes to run 5k!!  Bet Paula Radcliffe was panicking there!
