What do I do at work?

Most times, I am the first point of contact clients have with the company as I visit them on receipt of new cases. I prepare their case by taking statements, photos, plans, enquiries with witnesses, liaison with other professional bodies, tracing clients who disappear, attending scenes of accidents etc.

What have I done?
 
I have worked at Ralli for around 12 years conducting investigations into our client's accidents.

What do I like?

Cycling; Fell walking; holidays abroad; Family.
