Referrer's List

Having been established for over 34 years, Ralli has established a bank of client referrers who are confident and certain that we will cut the mustard for the clients who are referred to us. We still have clients referred to us over 25 years after the retirement of Sam Betesh, based purely upon his successes and reputation.

Martin Coyne was closely involved in the establishment of Injury Lawyers 4U, a solicitors' co-operative, which advertises on TV, radio and in the media. Consequently, we receive a lot of referrals from this source. Similarly, we operate a scheme on behalf of the Ministry of Defence. This scheme provides legal advice for Service personnel and civil servants regarding injuries caused by third parties during the course of their service. This has proved to be most successful.

Additionally, we regularly receive referrals from other solicitors, accountants, insolvency practitioners, finance houses, other satisfied clients, friendly societies, insurers and banks.

For over a decade we have sent closing questionnaires to clients to encourage them to assess the level of service which we have provided. In almost every case we receive full marks. However, if we do fall below our own high standards, and are told so by our client, we speak with the client to try to understand what happened. We then set about ensuring that this does not occur again.

We recognise that bad news travels quicker and further than good news, so we do our utmost to ensure that all of our clients are delighted with the result of their case and the service provided.
