Supervision
Supervision is integral to our quality control proceedures.
Every file managing member of staff, be they a Clerk,Litigation Executive, Legal Executive, Solicitor or Partner, is supervised.
The Solicitors Code of Conduct 2007, and The Legal Services Commission demand that we have such proceedures in place.
Each department is structured to ensure that there is cross supervision by Partners, Associates or Team Leaders. Indeed, we also have a dedicated Quality Controller, in addition to supervisors, within the Personal Injury Department.
