We at Ralli have a bespoke case management system for all of our clients matters.

We were one of the very early solicitors practices to use case management, and have been doing so since 1993. In fact, several Manchester solicitors firms have requested permission to view our systems, recognising our pioneering work in this respect.

Since that time, we have refined our systems to enable our clients to review their cases on line with a view only facility. We have named this service Clients Online. See www.clientsonline.net 

Clients who are unable to make contact during the working day can view their case on line 24/7 for 365 days per annum. This we believe that this is still an exceptional service which is offered by few law firms.
