Accreditations

Our ambition during 2007 and 2008 is to achieve Lexcel accreditation.

We have achieved accreditation on an annual basis from the Legal Services Commission to represent our clients in the Regulation and Fraud Department. Having passed this test each year such accreditation is a good reflection of the quality of representation which our team gives our clients.

A number of years ago, our Senior Partner Stephen Fox achieved accreditation from the Law Society to represent clients in the Crown Courts. These Higher Rights of Advocacy enable Stephen to appear alone on behalf of clients before a jury, or be led as Junior counsel by a Queens Counsel, or in fact to lead a junior counsel in the Crown Court.

Ralli is also accredited by the Law Society to provide in house seminars for the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) of all our lawyers. Each solicitor is required to attend a defined number of hours seminars each year to satisfy the Law Society's Training Regulations. In other words to ensure that they are up to date with the law and procedure.
